Scott has more than Fifteen years commercial real state experience representing tenants exclusively. He spent the initial three years of his real estate career with a national real estate advisory firm, based in New York, where he was instrumental in the development and implementation of a managed advisory services platform. In 2000, Mr. Baitcher organized a partnership and formed Commercial Realty Advisors (CRA). CRA was created to specialize in strategic planning, acquisition, disposition and lease restructuring for firms that range from small entrepreneurial to corporate fortune 100 clients. During his career, Mr. Baitcher has met the needs of a diverse client base. Since Scott strictly represents "Tenants" in their negotiations, there is never a conflict of interest or obligation to or with any developer or landlord. Scott has completed or been involved in more than 2.4 million square feet of office and industrial  transactions.
